The Roots in Guinea-Bissau Cultural Tours Tour Partnership Program is designed for travel advisors, tour operators, and travel organizations interested in offering our established Guinea-Bissau cultural experiences to their clients.

Approved partners gain access to our established B2B tour offerings, protected partner pricing, approved marketing content, booking resources, and product updates, with the opportunity to earn a 10% commission on eligible referred bookings. RIGB Cultural Tours manages traveler registration, payments, and tour operations.

The program is specifically for partners who want to market and sell established RIGB Cultural Tours experiences. It does not include custom itinerary development, third-party itinerary pricing, supplier sourcing or access, destination consulting, custom marketing development, or white-label DMC services.

This page serves as the Tour Partnership Program application. Applications are reviewed by RIGB Cultural Tours, and submission does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Approved applicants will receive the RIGB Cultural Tours Tour Partner Agreement for review and signature. Once the Agreement has been signed by the prospective Tour Partner and countersigned by RIGB Cultural Tours, the partnership will become effective, and the Tour Partner will receive access to our private B2B tour offerings, partner pricing, approved marketing content, booking information, and a unique partner/referral code.

10% Commission

Earn a 10% commission on eligible traveler bookings referred through your organization.

Approved Tour Partners receive a unique code used to identify and attribute eligible referred bookings.

Marketing Content

Approved tour descriptions, highlights, and selected imagery for marketing RIGB Cultural Tours experiences.

Booking Resources

Information for referring clients to RIGB for traveler registration, agreements, and payment through our WeTravel platform.

Partner Support

Reasonable support related to understanding, marketing, and selling our established B2B tour products.

Tour Operations

RIGB manages traveler registration, payments, and operation of the cultural tour experience in Guinea-Bissau.

What's not included

Destination Consulting

Destination research, logistics, operational planning, or consulting outside our established B2B tour products.

Custom Itineraries

Creation of new or substantially customized itineraries for partner organizations or their clients.

Third-Party Tours

Review, modification, costing, or pricing of itineraries developed by another company or organization.

White-Label Services

Operating tours as an unbranded or privately branded DMC service for another company or organization.

Supplier Access

Supplier sourcing, introductions, confidential rates, contracts, or direct supplier contact information.

Custom Marketing

Creation of partner-specific brochures, advertisements, campaigns, social media content, or other marketing materials.

Exclusive Rights

Participation does not provide exclusive sales, territory, destination, or distribution rights.

Guaranteed Sales

Participation does not guarantee traveler bookings, sales volume, commissions, or other financial returns.

Out-of-Scope Services

Services outside RIGB Cultural Tours' established B2B tour offerings are not included in the Tour Partnership Program.
